Whistleblower Disclosure

What is a Whistleblower Disclosure in Aged Care

A Whistleblower Disclosure is a report made when you think there has been a possible breach of the Aged Care Act. The Act protects the person making the “Whistleblower” report. It ensures a concern can be made without fear or being worried about being treated unfairly or punished.

You can view or download our Aged Care Whistleblower Framework.

Tell us about your concern – you can be anonymous

Reports can be made by residents, clients, family, friends, staff, volunteers and contractors and you can choose to remain anonymous.
